Hi, Everybody,

Why does the Pathauto module add "content" to a page that already has an alias, as in "www.my-site.com/content/about" when it already had an alias of "www.my-site.com/about"??

Also, why does Pathauto add "feed" to a page (again, already with an alias), as in "www.my-site.com/article/feed" when its original alias was simply "www.my-site.com/article"???

What's a "feed" anyway? How can I disable this behavior, the adding "content" and "feed," from future Pathauto management of my pages?

Always check readme.txt/install.txt of module you use.

Goto admin->Site building->URL aliases -> automated alias settings

and remove content from node setting and make the way u want.

I've done that now (deleted the "content" from Administer-->Site Building-->URL Aliases-->Automated Alias Settings-->Node Path Settings-->Default Path Pattern), but still I have a very strange Alias List!

Instead of my original "about" page, I now have "content/about" and "content/about/feed"!

Should I delete the duplicates?

I don't understand why I'm getting three different aliases for the same page, when my original alias is gone!
