Issue Summary
if in Picture Sources the Number of Upload Fields isn't 1, but for example 3 when one use this 3 fields for upload at the same time the files ther will be some images duplicate; you notice this in the thumb under the frame image; while in thumb with not frame above the images are correct

This is a very old one and I could not reproduce this problem with 6.x-1.x
