Errors when setting permissions for Tribune.

I am Trying to set permissions of my tribune and everytime I 'Save Permissions' the page reloads, as it should, but either carries the error: "Validation error, please try again. If this error persists, please contact the site administrator." or it says nothing at all and both reset the Tribune Permissions to all cleared. I have been turning off and on different modules and narrowed it down to the Tribune. Is there any suggestions to help me fix this Problem? The site I have it on is due to officially launch in 10 days. I really need a quick fix!
