User roles not saved correctly.

First, thanks for contributing this module! I was thinking of creating my own version of this for a couple weeks, when suddenly this showed up :D. I am having an issue when creating a help item - I uncheck the boxes for the roles I do not want to access the help item, click submit and in the help items listing all the roles on the site show up. Does that immediately give you an idea of what might be going on? I could delve into it some more, but I wanted to report that in case it's a bug inherent to the program and not just my setup.
