This is a great little module. Thanks.
I've been seeking to build a site for someone that is partly multi-lingual. The main modules (e.g. i18n) are a bit overkill for them, as it's only really 10% of the pages that will be multi-lingual and they're fairly techno-phobic. So, yours is perfect, works out of the box and is incredibly easy to use.
However, I wondered if it might be possible to add a box to the post entry page, so that you had something like:
Intro
Body
Translation
Not sure if that makes sense?

Yes, it makes sense - I've also wanted something like - a single node with mutliple language versions 'build-in'. It's perfectly feasible, but beyond the scope of this module as it only works an input filter. The right way to do this, I think, would be a separate module. There is the #translatable module which does what you want, but last time I looked it was not out for D6.
I might take a look at this idea when I've got a free moment.
