IE 7 problem

I posted this in a sub topic of one of the other bug reports but just wanted this to get seen. After adding the banner region there seems to be blank space behind the Website title, but only after you scroll down the page then come back to the top of the site; when you bring the cursor to the menu the problem corrects itself. I really like this theme and want to use it so help would be much appreciated.
