notify 6.x-1.x-dev

Nightly build for the Drupal 6.x branch.

Fixes for the following issues has been added since 6.x-1.2:

• #935458: $nodes array modified inappropriately by comment notification logic in _notify_send()
• This snapshot also fixes a bug introduced when a patch addressing the above issue was committed on on Oct. 8 2010. See #25 in the issue thread for linked in the previous bullet point details.
• #611456: Text in forms are not translatable
