i'm new here and i failed to understand this website... i just want to know the steps how to creating the new or complete website...cz i have project must be complete using this tools website maker ( drupal )... then i need really-really help from anyone ... plz help me... or you can tell me where can i download the guidlines how to making or create complete website... or anything relates this problem.. plz...

Drupal.org has a lot of information for you and and for anyone who wants to learn, consult handbooks, features, upgrades and CMS development. I´m sure Drupal will deploy what you need. At first point it seems very technical,many jargon, but once you are on the road, there will be no problems.

The first thing you have to know is what Drupal is: Documentation will be very useful for you to learn the basics: http://drupal.org/getting-started .

Then check the version more suitable for your purposes: going after Drupal 5x or 6x. Discussion has several viewpoints but the main factor is modules. Drupal 5x has many ones available in final versions while many of the 6x are still in development. In my humble opinion, I like 5x for my purposes. I´ve seen many developers who like 6x.

After that go to http://drupal.org/project/Modules and compare all modules and find out which features you want for your site. When you are ready go and download it: http://drupal.org/project/Drupal+project Install it. It is very easy.

Finally when you have your Drupal online it will tell you step by step how to configure and personalize the Website.
