I'm watching a lot of video tutorials, but can't find the administration area that is refered to in the videos. My domain name has not yet been pointed to my Drupal server account, is this the cause of not finding the administration page.
The only page or location I seem to be able to find, and log onto, is the cpanel.
My site is hosted at Drupal Value Hosting.
What am I doing wrong, and where should I be going.

if your domain name hasn't been pointed to your server yet, drupal value hosting may have provided you a way to access the site by IP address.

You should contact them to find out what is going on and how to access their servers until your domain name takes hold.
