Presently only Bluemarine theme seems to work. In all other included themes the side columns are not displayed. These themes also seem to need adaptation to the new block system.

Themes updated for 4.7 beyond bluemarine work fine for me.

Please file separate bugs (and patches, if you can) for each individual theme that does not work and file them against the theme.
