It will be great in next version to let users have own blogs (drupal "main" blog or everyblog module) based on subdomains. Is it possible ?

It is possible; however, I don't have time to do it now.

Patches are always welcome.

You can also sponsor me to do the work.

It would be a days worth of work to add the features and test them.
I charge $400 / day.

This can be accomplished in the 2.x branch by using "user" subdomains and restricting subdomains to the blog content type.
