Adblock addon: http://adblock.mozdev.org/
In case you wish to reproduce it, just go to http://www.stevenmerrilltenor.com/ and nothing will be displayed. Also whitelisting the page will not work.
Perhaps you could not this in the README or somewhere else.

I can't actually install AdBlock to test it at the moment. - http://skitch.com/00sven/bgcd8/firefox
I've never had a problem with AdBlock Plus, however, which I think has much more adoption than AdBlock.
Can you try this again and see if it's a problem?
