This occurs when you make a command that triggers two or more different bot functionalities. In this case, we're triggering both the factoid and bot_tell.....

Proposed solution? Hmmmm.....

This was already considered, per se. Just looks like "is" and "are" need to be ignored in bot_factoid. See the "about" handling at:
