I have been advised by marcvangend to file this here:

Whenever I visit

http://drupal.org/project/Modules/name

I get the following error:

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Script: http://drupal.org/files/hbx/hbx.js:24

Just thought I'd mention it.

For the record, I am using Firefox on Mac.

Looks like anaytics from Omniture is being used by drupal.org. I occasionally get this error in Ff on PC when Ff has been open a while; usually fixed by closing and re-opening the browser.

Does this (or a reboot) help? Also Ff 3 has big JS improvements.

Only happens occasionally, reboot helps.

Probably the huge size of that page is making Ff struggle with the JS.

What version of Ff are you using? Mac details..?

Hmm that spec looks about as long in the tooth as my PC! I'd have hoped Ff 3 would have eliminated the JS problems though. I'd imagine your CPU is maxed out.

Let's see if anyone else has this problem; d.o. site maintainers might want to be aware if this is the case.
