Great module! It would be nice to have an additional field for each media for a brief caption, or even better, using a taxonomy term as caption. Thanks for your attention.

You can do each of these using CCK and theming. If you're unsure how to do the theming part give content templates a look.

Actually if I have multiple/unlimited items for a field, it's better to have a caption field attached to each element. Create another multiple text field is kind of counter intuitive.
