Hi...
I installed drupal-4.6.3 over Apache, and win32. But I have a terrible problems becouse I can't login like the first account which is administrator account.
This account is created in database but I can't login like my first account in my drupal sites.
I don't have this problems when I install drupal over Linux. I don't know what the problems is.
Currently, Drupal is installed in www.billabona.com and I haven't created any account, you can create the first account and test my problems.
I need your help.
Thank you very much

you should still
be able to log onto the first created account. You build the site, then create first acocunt and click the login buttn, then immediatly change your password.
If you can't do this, look to your settings.php to make sure that you baseurl and dburl are correct. The only other thing I can think of is you don't have a file permission correct somewhere, but that's just wild guessing.

You may need to flush privileges as well
I had the same problem, I couldn't login. I re installed the tables and flushed the privileges. Drupal then displayed the "welcome" screen along with the password and Login button.
