Do i create a new content type?

If you're talking about the YP module, you do not need to add a server on the drupal site. It's the opposite -- you need to add your drupal site to the list of YP URLs in your Icecast server configuration.

oh cool.....but i dont have CGI....i only use ISAPI on win2003. would it still work?
so i use
http://mydomain.com/drupal/?q=yp
in the icecast config
can u list shoutcast as well?
#3
Actually the URL would be http://example.com/drupal/?q=yp/cgi
Drupal is the CGI :)
#4
I don't see any evidence of shoutcast supporting the Icecast YP spec but I could be wrong.

thanks for quick reply.....
can u add a flash player so listeners can listen from the web
http://wpaudioplayer.com/
and shoucast would need different wiring LOL :D

I wouldn't mind adding support for a flash player. It might make more sense for this module to use a flash audio player already provided by another module.
With regards to that particular audio player, it has its own permissive license which I believe would allow it to be redistributed from cvs.drupal.org under GPL 2 (although it might be a good idea to check with the author just to make sure).
Could you add a separate feature request for this.
