When drupal is installed in a subdirectory the update script can't run the needed updates.. This is due to an empty <base href="/"> in the header of the page..

Try for yourself.. Unfortunatly I am not able to track down the problem.. :-(

I cannot reproduce this one and also the update script seems not to set any base href at all, so it should default to the folder where the script is in.

Cannot duplicate error... setting to won't fix...
