help debug site_tours r5->r6 module port

Hi Folks.

Over the last 3 days, I've tried porting the site_tours module from r5 to r6. I've never done this type of work before, but after watching webchick's most-encouraging video I gave it a shot. She explains how to validate everything using the coder module, and that's what I've done, and all the normal warning errors have been cleaned up now, and a new .install file has been made, it even installs!

I can even give it permissions in r6.

So what's wrong? Well, it doesn't show up in settings or function whatsoever, and I'm completely stuck and I'll gladly pay for help, especially if help arrives fast (but please quote me a price first, and note I'm in the Central Europe time zone). Speedy work would be swell, but I don't have much money to pay really. Can I get it working in r6 for $100? Otherwise how much more will it cost? It would be *fantastic* if I could use the module this week. Of course the module should be committed to drupal.org when finished too, and if you can help/advise with that aspect, that would be great too.
