Description

Hello,
I am working on a suite of PHP/JavaScript user interface tools that would fit the 'ui' project name perfectly, and was wondering if I could use this in the future?

Thanks,

I'm not an expert on how the Drupal community works, but I don't think you could take over a name, unless perhaps if the old module was abandoned.

It may also depend on how useful and effective your own module is.

What's in a name anyway. If it's a useful module, people will find and use it, no matter if it's called "ui" or "php_javascript_ui" or what have you. :)

It is abandoned :P hense 'Abandoned Modules'. I am really picky about names, sure I could use the project name as something else like that, but I think it was somewhat of a design flaw allowing project names that differ from the module, plus its short and sleek which is important to me.
