I have 6.4 , and I can't find the help pages... so please someone help me finding the help!

enable the help.module in drupal = administer -> modules
then navigate to administer -> help or the direct path admin/help

I still can't find the 'help'..

There is not a 'help module' installed, and if I search for a 'help module' in drupal site I get a lot of pages and everything where the word 'help' is used...

Is 'help' a module? Shouldn't it be part of the core?

help is indeed a core module. Check your installation and insure you uploaded all files. redownload drupal if necessary and compare what you've uploaded with what is inside the download.
