Taxonomy_search

Taxonomy_search does not seem to work. No matter what is selected or typed in, nothing results.

Also, there seems to be an extra '; after the search box.

I tried to troubleshoot this using my limited knowledge of php and failed.

I REALLY need this module, so any help fixing this would be appreciated.

I am using it with 4.20 of Drupal.
