'select all' option by role on the permissions page

Issue Summary

As I'm checking EVERY BOX for my admin role ;-) ...

It occurs to me it would be nice in D7 to have a select all option at the top of each role column on the permissions page. Sometimes it's quicker to select all and DESELECT the permissions you don't want.
