Not sure if this should be a bug report or a support/feature request, but the current beta1 version doesn't support Drupal 6.4 with the "Moderate Content Notifications" and "CCK Fields" sub-modules. I saw a note on another support request asking someone to open a request for this to occur, so here you go...

Thanks for posting it to the proper component queue. I hope the MCN contributor will see it.
CCK Fields will come right after Mail Editor, hopefully this weekend.

moderate_content_notifications doesn't work at all with Drupal 6.4.

I will upgrade it...
... but I'd like to figure out how the module stands in comparison to http://drupal.org/project/modr8 , a module I didn't know about at the time.

modr8 adding Subscriptions support as outlined in that thread would be a good solution, too, of course.

#435324: Installation reports an incompatible module marked as duplicate.
Removing smcn from the D6 tarball.
If anyone wants to port, support and maintain it, I'll be glad to put it back in.
