I try to use the Panels module (although it is an early development version for D6, I try to play with it).
I would like to assign some contents to a panel with nodehierarchy (so I would like to have more panels with types of articles I use now).

I don't know how to use the two modules together (or maybe because of the panel development state), I hope somebody can show me the method - anyway, it would be good to know how can it make in D5.

...or if somebody have an other solution to get this working (for example a similar modul like panels), please write it.

There shouldn't be any issue with using Panels and Node Hierarchy. If you'd like to show Node Hierarchy data on a pane, I'd recommend creating a Views Pane and using the appropriate Node Hierarchy settings within it.
