My setup is:

Drupal 5.10
Gmap 5.x-1.0-beta3
Location 5.x-3.0-test2

The Gmap does not display in node/edit. Location displays, but not the Gmap. Also, it is not geocoding as far as I can see. I type in my street and it accepts it as plain text. It does not "geocode" on the fly as the GCG module does. It does not geocode at all apparently.

I added the Google keys to both Location and Gmap and enabled them in their respective admin menus. In user access control I check off every box for "authenticated" users, just to be safe.

What is wrong? My settings are correct, as are my permissions. The gmap should be displaying along with location, but it does not.

Any ideas? Please help.

You can delete my support request. The map displayed after disabling the devel module. It still doesn't geocode like the GCG module, but that probably belongs in a seperate post.

You need to enable geo coding for your region. It is disabled by default.

Admin/settings/location > geocoding options.
