First off, thanks for the theme. I like it.

I cannot get the horizontal rule tag to work properly in a page or story.

I have tested with other themes and I can get the horizontal line to display fine.

I am using the FCKeditor and have already tried changing the CSS in the FCKeditor settings.

Any ideas how to get the horizontal rule tag working?

I'm having the same problem. In my case I have made changes to the base stylesheet. When I use the provided stylesheet I get the horizontal line but when I use my customized one I do not. I have spent some time trying to fix this so I'd really appreciate knowing what changes were made to fix this.
