Can the Signup on Account creation be checked by default

Can u make a setting, so that i can select if the Signup check box on the Account creation page be checked or not

This is already setting. See "Set checkbox on registration to checked" at Administer >> User Management >> AWeber >> Settings (admin/user/aweber/settings).
