Content Column Top Region

First off, fantastic theme. Great typography and excellent flexibility. I think this will be my pick for a couple of projects.

I would like to recommend adding a new block region to the content column top; same as Content (col 2) but at the top of the content column. This would be helpful in situations, for example, where one wants to put an image, video or "featured content" block at the top of the content column. Easy mod for your consideration.
