I've installed Event module as it's stated in the INSTALL.txt file. And it doesn't work for me...

I can create new event (Menu: Create Content » Event) and it is displayed properly as a node using address like:

http://localhost/?q=node/50

I can see it on the Home » Administer » Content management » Content list as well...

But it doesn't appear neither on the "Events" list:

http://localhost/?q=en/event

nor on the "Calendar to browse events" block...

What may be the problem?

go into the event node type and make sure it is listed for ALL event views.

in the event view ?q=event, remember its restricted for the month,week,day even when u press list and table

Event for Drupal 8 is unrelated to older versions. If an issue similar to this one exists, please open a new issue with the 8.x branch.
