Can't subscribe new set, if subscribed set before

If an authenticated user subscribed one set and next time try to subscribe to another set, then get this message:
Your email address @mail is already subscribed for this list.

In this case the only way to subscribe a new set, if he unsubscribe all the former sets and then subscribe all of them again!
