mysqli_fetch_array() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, array given in /var/www/vhosts/[mysite was here]/httpdocs/includes/database.mysqli.inc on line 186.
This is reported back on the cron run but there is no other information.

thanks, wonder if this is something todo with the emails not being triggered correctly
