The current version of the module only generates the DHTML tree for the "main" panel - and not for its blocks. Since the modules description gives the impression it will do it for the blocks too, I'm filing this as a bug.

This would be ace if you could do this. The overview page is only of limited use as I want to have two pages in my menu (one for news items and one for uploaded documents) - using blocks solves it but doesn't do it using your nice dhtml tree.

I thought that's obvious that this dhtml menu works in block ...but it does'nt!!! This module is now absolutely USELESS, it's simply MUST works on blocks too!

Do anybody can do this? I'll give my soul to one who make it works ;-)

I think it's obvious, that now we have to update the project taxonomy_dhtml to the new version with this patch.

This module is no longer being actively developed as it duplicates functionality that can be obtained through the usage of taxonomy_menu ( http://drupal.org/project/taxonomy_menu ) and dhtml_menu ( http://drupal.org/project/dhtml_menu ).
