I spent a while today trying to track down why I was unable to change the sort criteria of a view that used the table style (this is the 'og' view that comes with Organic Groups) to sort it by node title instead of date created (desc). No matter what I changed the sort criteria to, it had no effect on the order of items in the list.

I eventually found in the table style settings for that view, that I can specify a sort in there and override the main one in the view. It would be good if this was highlighted by adding a little note (and link to table style settings) for users trying to use the main sort criteria so they don't go through the same confusion I went through. I envisage this would be added as a little note either in the main sort criteria block, or whenever one of those criteria was clicked on, display it with the options for that criteria.

This is a good idea, but I am not having much luck coming up with a good visual.
