Unless I'm missing something, the filter for Views for selecting content assigned to a domain does not respect the "Send to all affiliates" checkbox; if you tell it to show content assigned to a particular domain, it will dutifully only show content explicitly defined to that domain. If you create a node not assigned to that domain, but check "Send to all affiliates," the view will not include that node when it displays itself.
The flip side of this is that it's somewhat easy to work around; you just have to be sure to check all the "Publish to" boxes for each domain on each node you want the view to "see." The expected behavior, though, is that "Send to all affiliates" would override those check boxes as it says it will on the node editing form.
Unfortunately, I know jack all about programmatically creating views, and couldn't make heads or tails of the code when I peeked at it. So I can't offer a patch.

agentrickardThere should also be an option for 'none of' that you can use. This is an known issue that some people are working on, I believe.
