Revision Moderation Module Help

I am having a major problem with Revision Moderation. The editor role (without 'administer nodes' rights) is able to publish their revisions right away. It doesn't go into moderation and wait for the admin role to approve it.

I upgraded to Drupal 5.10 and the Rev Mod module worked beautifully for one day. However now it has reverted back and the editor role's revisions are published immediately (although the prompt says 'your revisions have been submitted for moderation'). I'm not sure if this is a problem with the module, a problem with one of the parameters/settings/checkboxes within Drupal, a conflict with other modules, anything.

I need a Drupal expert, specifically someone with knowledge about this module, to help me figure out what is going on. We are happy to pay a consulting fee.
