If you check "Discover all node properties for selection" @ admin/settings/themekey/settings, there will show up a list of properties. I searched a little. But is somewhere explained what the meaning of every property is?

Nevertheless a detailed explaination of all properties is in progress for ThemeKey 6.x-2.x ...

There were a lot of changes in the themekey 6.x.2 branch. The properties are now always avalible and do no have to be enabled any more. There is now only one rule settings page under admin/settings/themekey where the rules can be configured. On this site there is a help section where all properties will be explained. Most properties have a help text by now. The rest is already in work. With the version 6.x.2.0-beta4 nearly all properties will be explained.
