Option to remove address fields form user registration form

Provide an option for not asking for address when user registers.
Justification:
1) user might not want to buy something when registering, say he wants to join a mailing list. asking for address making it longer and harder to register.

2) the best time to ask for information is when its necessary, the best time to ask for address is when they are checking out.
