* "Expert" mode usually offers more options, not fewer.
* The idea of an "expert" mode is generally considered bad UI design because it hides complexity in an arbitrary way.
* A superior UI would offer "skip this configuration option" instead of an "expert" mode.

xanoThis could be related to #261882: 'Minimum' install profile (see the latest comments).

xanoWhat about changing 'Expert' to 'Minimal'? Also, the description says it only enables required modules, but that is not the case. Block and Dblog are optional, although Block is the only one that really should be enabled to ensure people can work with the interface.
