Aggregator and Blog actually have an interaction together that allows you to blog about a given piece of aggregated content on your website.

Steps:
Turn blog and aggregator modules on.
Add a feed to aggregator.
turn the aggregator block on.
Next to each aggregated entry is a small graphic that allows you to "blog it". This will search the aggregator table and retrieve the data that you want to blog about and quote it in the blog entry.

Currently both Aggregator and Blog tests pass w the code commented out inside of blog module (lines: 78, 81-93)

Blog module is not in core anymore..i am guessing it is wont fix
