The pop-up comes up fine, and all the links are there, but nothing happens when I click on them.

Can anyone help, please?

This only seems to happen when configuring the panel of user profiles with the Advanced Profile Kit...

By some chance, are you using TinyMCE of some other wysiwyg editor? If so, the the known issues.

A strange thing, both before and after upgrading to 5.x-2.0-rc1a I also cannot add any new panes to a panel. I get the dialogue box/interface. But when I try to save, it is just not there...

I had the same problem, after enabling the console on FF it fixed it by magic... seems more like a cache issue, on the browser side.
