Changing theme name

I want to have a slightly different version of the SEOposition theme on my admin pages as I do on the public pages.

I've copied the theme folder, changed the name to /SEOposition2/ and changed the reference to 'seoposition_regions' in template.php to 'seoposition2_regions', but the design borks once the new theme is selected. It seems to be some kind of positioning issue with the custom regions I've created, all of which now appear in the sidebar instead of where they should.

What am I missing?
