Change Feed Aggregator Feed title

I have created 2 feeds using the feed aggregator module. Feed A aggregates aggregates contents from 1 set of sites and is given the title Feed A. Similarly, feed B aggregates contents from another set of site and is given the title Feed B. But, when I subscribe to both these feeds, their names are the same - "sitename aggregator" How do I change these names shown to subscribers?
