Nice Menus not working on Linux webserver

Hello,

I installed Nice Menus on my website. I am using "Fancy" theme. It converted my menu perfectly but it works on IE 6 but not on Firefox 3. The interesting thing is if I backup my website from my webserver and restore locally on my laptop running WinXP with Wamp (PHP/MySQL) installation, it works both on IE and FF 3. I am a bit baffled. Is the issue that my website is on a Linux based server? Could it be something to do with some translations happening in my .htaccess.
