I install ImageCache module but in settings site (admin/settings) I don't see link to configuration module, I have only link to configure permissions.

Please help me.

I have this same exact problem. It does show up under admin/build modules, and I enable it, but there is no settings page for it...

Edit: I ended up just going with the 1.x version and it worked.
