i just figure it out!
just replace the file texy.compact.5.php with the new file texy.compact.php and rename as old one will only work with php 5 tough!

Hi,
been using Texy for quite a while and it is really a very practical piece of code. I updated the included texy version myself but i guess not everyone will be able to do this. So could you please update the included texy code and release an 1.0 version (have not found any bugs, ever!)? If you give me commit access i could also do that for you.
