Need Help automatically adding users to Organic Groups based on their role

I need help accomplishing the following task:
When a new Organic Group is created I want to add all users of a specified role to the group automatically.

I'm using Drupal 5.10. I've got OG installed, and I also have Workflow-NG if this can help.

Is there a module that can do this? Or some custom php code I can put into Workflow-NG? I did a search on Drupal, but I haven't found what I'm looking for yet.

actions.module and the og_actions.module maybe ?

I've not tested, merely saw them in the list.

IIRC og_user_roles does
