Move code to CVS and use project* release system

Thanks for creating this module and contributing the code to cvs.drupal.org. It's a requirement of having a project page on drupal.org that you also maintain the releases here. There is documentation in the handbooks about how to do that http://drupal.org/node/7765

I've edited the project page to remove the words about downloading it from the project page. If you need help after reading the documentation linked above, let me know in this issue.

If you cannot or will not maintain the project via drupal.org then the project page will be removed.
