No Admin Settings Link

I'm using this module with Drupal 6.4

It appears that there are options which can be set with regard to how many nodes rotate, and the duration each node is displayed, but I'm not able to find an admin page link for setting options. Are there settings?

Also, I using a hyper-link in content. When I was using uploaded images, it would work temporarily, but then the images were somehow being removed from the files directory - then my website would display broken images and a view of dir on server showed the files were no longer there - yet all other files in the "files" folder remained. Anyone else experienced this?
