The need to have the callback page to be top level

Issue Summary

I like the functionality that this module provides and want to know how attached is the requirement for the callback to be http://www.mywebsite.com/ and not http://www.mywebsite.com/fb/.

did you try setting the callback to that?

I thought I updated all the documentation.
